Full transparency— I never grew up loving to read. Finishing any full book on my own just wasn’t something I did. But everything began to change when I started truly seeking the Lord for myself. As I spent time in Scripture, something shifted in me. It wasn’t just about checking a box anymore—God’s Word began to come alive. I found myself wanting to read, to understand, to stay longer in His presence. And little by little, He began to change me from the inside out.

But if I’m honest, there were seasons where I wanted the fruit without the abiding.

I wanted more patience, more peace, more self-control—but I wasn’t always making the time to remain in the Vine long enough for His Word to actually transform me. And that’s where the Lord gently began to teach me something I’ll never forget: fruit doesn’t come from striving… it comes from abiding.

That truth became the foundation of everything.

Out of that season, God placed a calling on my life that led to writing Discovering and Demolishing Strongholds Workbook, a book rooted in my own testimony and the work of the Holy Spirit in my life. But He didn’t stop there. As a mom, my heart has only grown deeper. I don’t just want this kind of relationship with the Lord for myself—I want it for my children too. Build on the Rock was created alongside my son, and that experience made it even more meaningful.

As I continued growing, I began to notice something: so many believers are settling for surface-level time with God. A quick devotional or a verse of the day—and while those things aren’t wrong, they often keep us from going deeper.

That’s where the S.E.E.K. Method was born.

​

It’s the exact rhythm I use in my own daily time with the Lord, and it has completely transformed the way I experience His Word. It’s not about doing more—it’s about going deeper, slowing down, and truly meeting with Him.

Abide & Grow Co. was created out of that place.

My heart is to equip women, teens, and families with tools that help them remain in Christ, be transformed by His Word, and walk in the kind of faith that produces real, lasting fruit.

Because when we truly abide in Him… growth will follow.
